- Review your Staff Handbook and/or Policies that are in place for Employees. You will send us your handbook and/or policies. We will review and highlight any amendments and/or improvements to ensure that your handbook and/or policies are legally compliant. Where no handbooks or policies exist we will provide one for you within your cover.
Provision of employment/HR precedent documentation
- We can provide a variety of documents created by our expert team at HR Anchor. You can discuss your requirements with our team and we will provide all that is required.

Employment tribunal & assistance

- We will make occupational health referrals, when necessary, on behalf of you as an employer and guide you throughout the process of having an occupational health report completed.
Referral for international advice & assistance
- We will refer you to an appropriate solicitor who can advise you on a specific query.

Advice on restrictive covenants in employment contracts
- We will provide you with written advice on enforceability and the scope of any restrictive covenants which you may want to include within your employees’ contracts. Where required we will also provide advice in relation to any letters that you may receive in relation to a new employee’s breach of their ex-employers restrictive covenants.
